- They seek to hire high-level sales professionals tasked with the responsibility of identifying new sales leads, promotion & sales of company’s products and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Responsible for the marketing and sales of the company’s products and services
- Develop, design and implement business strategies
- Responsible for getting new business and closing of deals
- Responsible for the formulation of market penetration plan and execution of the same for the company
- Identify new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients providing on-time service to issues that arise with strict adherence to customer service standards. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations etc.
Minimum years of experience
- HND in a relevant field from a recognized university.
- Experience in selling financial products, insurance policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are absolutely essential for this position.
- Must possess strong customer relationship skills
- Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision and meet set targets.
- Not more than 35 years old as at December 2020.
- Basic salary + commission
