DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a variety of receptionist duties, including but not limited to:
Answer and direct calls on a 4-line phone system;
Order office supplies;
Organize and route of incoming and outgoing mail;
Coordinate in-town and out-of-town couriers;
Opening new client files and matters;
Entry level data entry;
Draft and edit correspondence;
Electronic and hard copy filing; and
Coordination of meetings and travel arrangements, as required.
