An opportunity has become available in our Embroidery & Digital Print Production Dept. We are currently in need of an energetic person who takes pride in their work and who is very conscientious of quality. Is this you? The successful candidate MUST have basic sewing skills and able to do simple alteration and mending.
To be successful in this role you:
Must be able and eager to keep a very fast pace. This is a physically demanding role. Our pace is fast and constant, which makes the days fly by!
Must possess an excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Comprehension is crucial and the most important part of the job is understanding the details of paperwork in order to perform the job accurately.
Must be dexterous. Clipping and cleaning garments are also part of the role. This requires the use of very small scissors.
Are able to commit to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Basic sewing skills is a requirement. We will provide complete training for embroidery & digital print to the right candidate who wants to learn a new a vocation in the garment industry and has a positive, can-do attitude!
You will be responsible for many tasks including preparation, steaming, sewing, embroidery and packaging of all types of garments.
